Net profit of Rs. 102.6m: MBL

In the first five months of current fiscal year, Machhapuchhre Bank Limited posted a net profit of Rs. 104.6 million.

A press statement issued by the bank said that the Bank’s 11th annual general meeting (AGM) endorsed the annual report of fiscal year 2008/09 on Wednesday.

According to the bank, it had posted profit of 123.3 million in the last fiscal year.

The bank has 21 branches across the country. With the overwhelming response of the customer’s response, the bank aims to introduce 10 additional branches within the current fiscal year.
